You may order any of our hand smocked pieces by messaging us on our Instagram: @smocktini or placing an order through our website.

You may pay through any of the following:

• GCASH
• Bank transfers via BPI or Unionbank
• Paypal through our website

Once we've received your order, we will pack your order within 2 business days. It may take our courier a few more days to deliver your orders.

• Express Shipping via Lalamove (1 business day or same day delivery; once your items are packed, we will send you a message on your registered mobile number to schedule the delivery)
• Standard Shipping via JRS or LBC (1-3 business days)
• Provincial Shipping via JRS or LBC (3-5 business days)

Our standard shipping fees are as follows:

• 150 PHP within Metro Manila
• 250 PHP outside of Metro Manila

Alternatively, all orders are FREE for PICKUP in Makati.

Kindly email us at smocktini@gmail.com and we would gladly provide you with wholesale prices for 10 orders or more.

Unfortunately, we do not process refunds. However, we do know how fast your little loves can grow and would be happy to facilitate a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your Smocktini piece.

All exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached.

All shipping charges that relate to the exchange shall also be at the expense of the buyer.
